During the fall of 2020, my brother Neil and I were having a conversation about life, work and retirement. The topic of the pandemic was of course a big one as well. The Tobermory restaurants were not eat-in, tourists were still flocking to the Bruce Peninsula with nowhere to eat. We decided a food truck in Tobermory was a great idea. That idea changed our lives. Our little black food truck is now a beloved destination in Tobermory for so many returning visitors to our area. Our specialties include the Believer breakfast sandwich and our famous smoked brisket! Originally, Linda smoked the brisket but now Dan Mackey has taken over the brisket! People come from all over to taste our Brisket by Dan!
